Role and responsibilities.

More specifically in his role, the project coordinator will assist the president in his daily tasks and will be responsible for laying out the client deliverables and sending them.

  • Assist the president in project management (create contact, manage meetings, communicate with clients).

  • Layout and assist in the preparation of training materials (PowerPoint exercises and visuals and the preparation of training materials for participants).

  • Write and produce the various documents relating to the projects.

  • Prepare official documents for each meeting, presentation and/or training.

  • Correct and format client documents.

  • Greet clients with a sense of professionalism and ensure that everything is in place during meetings.

  • Assist the operations coordinator in the day-to-day management of projects – layout and composition of team communications.

You demonstrate autonomy and want to put forward your sense of organization and like to coordinate several files simultaneously.   • Training in office automation with relevant experience in an administrative support position - the analysis of the application will focus on the person's skills, professional experience and profile.

  • Relevant experience in the production of training documents, layout of findings and studies.

  • Excellent command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint software and autonomy in their use: you will have visual presentations to modify for clients, documents to lay out, etc.

  • Hands-on experience in producing reports.

  • Excellent writing skills.

  • Impeccable quality of French (oral and written).

  • Contractual – part-time (15 h/week) and 3 main mandates.

  • Flexible hours.

  • Teleworking possible.

  • Cellular allowance and computer.

  • Free parking. 

  • Salary to be discussed depending on the number of years of experience and your skills. 

  • Must be available during the day for meetings with the President and clients.

  • Must have a recent laptop and cell phone.
